How’s life treating you today? I hope that all is well. If you are in despair “as so many are” about what is happening in the world, and at your wits end. Looking for answers, look no further.
Perhaps you posses a Bible, if so, that’s a start. Maybe you don’t understand the Bible because you think its outdated , and you haven’t bothered to read it, don’t worry that’s very common. This letter is full of Bible verses, pray for God to give you understanding while you read His Word .
People don’t realise what treasure the Bible holds, if nobodies told them!
If you don’t posses a Bible, I hope I can encourage you to get one.
The Bible is made up of two parts, The Old Testament and the New.
In the Gospel of John, in the New Testament, John writes these words.
John 1-14
1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God and the Word was God. (Isa. 9:6.)
2 The same was in the beginning with God.
3 All things were made by Him; and without Him was not anything made that was made.
4 In Him was Life; and the life was the light of men.
5 And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.
6 There was a man sent from God whose name was John. (Mal.3:1.)
7 The same came for a witness, to bear witness of that Light.
8 He was not that light, but was sent to bear witness of that Light.
9 That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world. (Isa 49:6)
10 He was in the world and the world was made by him, and the world new Him not.
11 He came unto His own, and His own received Him not.
12 But as many as received Him, to them gave He power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on His name: (Isa. 56:5.)
13 Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.
14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father) full of grace and truth. (Isa. 40:5.)
And Paul says this in 1 Corinthians 1:17-21.17 For Christ sent me out not to baptise, but to preach the Gospel: not with wisdom of words, lest the cross of Christ should be made of none effect.
18 For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God.
19 For it is written, I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and will bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent. (Isa. 29:14.)
20 Where is the wise? Where is the scribe? Where is the disputer of this world? Hath not God made foolish the wisdom of this world?
21 For after that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God, it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe.
We are living in a world that denies the existence of God because it denies the Creator of heaven and earth. Mans theories on how the world formed it self through a big bang and evolution, all imposable to prove, and completely without logic. The foolish are thought wise, and the wise are foolish in mans eyes. Everything has been turned on its head, now down is up, and up is down. No wonder the world is in such a mess.
Did you know ? The Bible is a Prophetic book and tells us what the future of the world and peoples will be.
Did you know ? That you can have eternal life with Jesus Christ.
Did you know ? That loving Him and His word realises you from all sin.
We as Christians are promised a new heaven and a new earth where heaven and earth are united as one. There will be no more pain-no more tears- no wars or famines. In the Bibles Old Testament the Prophet Isaiah tells us.
Isa 25:8-98 He will swallow up death in victory; and the Lord God will wipe away tears from off all faces; and the rebuke of His people He take away from off all the earth; for the Lord hath spoken it. 9 And It shall be said on that day, Lo, this is our God; we have waited for Him, and He will save us! This is the Lord, we have waited for Him; we will be glad and rejoice in His salvation.
Isa 11:6-7-8-9
6 The wolf also shall dwell with the lamb, and the leopard shall lie down with the kid, and the calf and the young lion and the fatling together, and a little child shall lead them.
7 And the cow and the bear shall feed; their young ones shall lie down together, and the lion shall eat straw like the ox.
8 And the sucking child shall play on the hole of the asp, and the weaned child shall put his hand on the cockatrice’ den.
9 They shall not hurt or destroy in all My Holly mountain, for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the Lord as the waters cover the sea.
I hope this is food for thought and will give you hope for the future.
To obtain these wonderful blessings what should we do? Jesus says in the Gospel of John.
John 3:3-123 Jesus answered and said unto him,Verily,verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the Kingdom of God.
4 Nicodemus saith unto Him, How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter the second time into his mothers womb, and be born?
5 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit he cannot enter into the Kingdom of God.
6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
7 Marvel not that I said unto thee Yee must be born again.
8 The wind bloweth where it listeth, and tho hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so it is every one that is born of the Spirit.
9 Nicodemus answered and said unto him, How can these things be?
10 Jesus answered and said unto him, Art thou a master of Israel, and knowest not these things?
11 Verily, verily, I say unto thee We speak that we do know, and testify that we have seen; and ye receive not our witness.
12 If I told you earthly things, and ye believe not, how shall ye believe, if I tell you of heavenly things?
3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, To an inheritance incorruptible and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you,
5 Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time. which according with His abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,

8 Whom having not seen ye love; in whom, though now you see Him not, yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory:
9 Receiving the end of your faith, even the salvation of your souls.
10 Of which salvation the prophets have enquired and searched diligently, who prophesised of the grace that should come unto you:
11 Searching what or what manner of time the Spirit of Christ which was in them did signify, when it testified beforehand the sufferings of Christ, and the glory that should follow.
12 Unto whom it was revealed, that not unto themselves, but unto us they did minister the things, which are now reported unto you by them that have preached the Gospel unto you with the Holy Ghost sent down from heaven; which thing the angels desire to look at.
13 Wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ;
14 As obedient children, not fashioning yourselves according to the former lusts in your ignorance:
15 But as He which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation;
16 Because it is written Be ye holy, for I am holy.
17 And if ye call on the Father, who without respect of persons judgeth according to every man’s work, pass your time of sojourning here in fear:

2/ With the help of a directory go through the addresses in your area, you can use whatever method you would like. Go through the alphabet, or pick at random, but make a note of those you have sent.
3/ Send prayerfully. You have the Lords blessing. You are sending out the Gospel of Truth in your area. We may not see the fruits of our labours but we sow the seeds.
4/ Send as many as you like, one a day, ten a week, etc - it’s the price of a stamp paper and envelope, think how many that would be in a year. You are reaching people in their homes, that can't get out, those not on the Internet etc, etc. we don’t know their circumstances - but God does.
